Rainbet Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Rainbet ("Rainbet", "we", "us", "the platform") operating the website accessible at rainbet-jit.net. By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Rainbet platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. Rainbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided through the platform or by email to your registered address.

These Terms apply to all games, features and services offered by Rainbet including Sports Betting, Ludo Games, Crash Games, Fishing Games, Jackpot Slots, Virtual Sports and Baccarat. Where specific game categories carry additional rules, those rules supplement but do not replace these general Terms.

To open and use a Rainbet account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Rainbet does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing Rainbet of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list and must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.
• You must not already hold an active Rainbet account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with you and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date. You must not impersonate any other person or use another person's identity to register.

Rainbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Registration on Rainbet is free and open to eligible players. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Rainbet will never ask for your password by email, chat or telephone.

Each individual may hold only one Rainbet account. This applies regardless of device, IP address or payment method used. If Rainbet identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, any active bets may be voided and balances may be forfeited or returned at Rainbet's sole discretion after investigation.

• You must use a secure, unique password for your Rainbet account that you do not use on other platforms.
• You must log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify Rainbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing with third parties – including family members – is not permitted. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Your account, any balance held in it and any bonus credits are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person. Rainbet accounts have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be traded or sold.

All transactions on Rainbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not operate in foreign currencies. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider – Rainbet does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced verification.
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your Rainbet balance instantly for mobile wallet methods. IBFT and card deposits may take up to one business day.
• Rainbet does not accept deposits from third parties. The deposit method must match the account holder's verified identity. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average. IBFT withdrawals take 1–2 business days. Card refunds follow network processing times of 3–7 business days.
• Withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000 require enhanced identity verification and may take up to 24 hours to process after verification is complete.
• Rainbet reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large withdrawals. This is a standard financial compliance requirement and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

All bets placed on Rainbet are subject to the platform's standard betting rules and any game-specific rules applicable to the category being played. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Rainbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of clear technical error on the platform's part.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game category. Rainbet reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per event, per market or per player at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game or event, Rainbet's decision on the settlement outcome is final. Partial results may be used where sufficient outcome data exists.
• For sports betting, events that are postponed or abandoned will be settled according to Rainbet's sports betting rules applicable at the time of the event. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• For virtual sports, crash games and other RNG-based games, results are determined by certified random number generation. No player action, pattern or system can predict or influence outcomes.
• Rainbet reserves the right to void and return any bet that it has reasonable grounds to believe was placed based on inside information, in error due to a system fault, or as part of collusive, fraudulent or match-fixing activity.

Where Rainbet identifies a clear pricing error that resulted in odds materially different from what the market should reflect, Rainbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Players should not exploit obvious pricing errors and doing so is grounds for account action under Section 7.

Rainbet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all Rainbet bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded or who are under investigation for account breaches are not eligible for promotional benefits.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in units of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts, shared devices or shared payment methods is treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Rainbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled before you have completed any wagering requirements, the outstanding bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Rainbet may at its sole discretion withhold or reverse a bonus if it has grounds to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent, abusive or collusive means.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Rainbet and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of account balances, depending on severity:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud or any other form of financial deception.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, fictitious identities or coordinated account networks to claim bonuses more than once or to meet wagering requirements through artificial play.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game category, including but not limited to multi-player poker, live tables or sports betting markets.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately placing bets on markets with clearly erroneous odds or exploiting known software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated tools or any non-human interface to place bets, access the platform or interact with any game system.
• Underage access: Any attempt to register or access Rainbet by a person under 18, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Money laundering: Using Rainbet's deposit and withdrawal system to transfer, layer or clean funds of illegal origin. Rainbet cooperates fully with financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Any threatening, abusive or harassing communication directed at Rainbet staff or other players through any channel.

Rainbet monitors account activity, betting patterns and payment behaviour for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, Rainbet may freeze account activity, hold pending withdrawals and request documentation without prior notice, pending investigation.

Rainbet is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gaming environment. We take responsible gaming seriously and have built tools directly into the platform to support players who want to manage their activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session budget caps: Set a maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose in a single session. Play is suspended when the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a fixed period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Rainbet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any Rainbet content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Rainbet software or application.
• Use any Rainbet trademark, logo or brand asset in any context not expressly authorised by Rainbet in writing.
• Create derivative works based on Rainbet content or use Rainbet content for commercial purposes of any kind.

Game content provided through third-party game providers on the Rainbet platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. Usage of that content is subject to the licence terms agreed between Rainbet and the provider.

Rainbet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While Rainbet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rainbet's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds currently held in your active Rainbet account balance at the time the liability arises. Rainbet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of betting opportunities or any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues or technical failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to rule breaches.
• Actions, omissions or failures of third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash or any bank, beyond Rainbet's direct control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

Closure by you: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Rainbet support. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Rainbet will process closure requests within one business day. Balances at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing.

Closure by Rainbet: Rainbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity connected to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. An inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted after the 12-month period until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Legal requirement or regulatory direction to do so.

Where an account is closed by Rainbet due to a material breach of these Terms, Rainbet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance after investigation confirms the breach and any resulting loss or damage to Rainbet or third parties is assessed.

Rainbet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player – Rainbet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by an on-platform notification visible at login.

Minor changes such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language or updates to contact details may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change.

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of the change and withdraw your remaining balance. Continued use of the Rainbet platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through Rainbet's customer support process should be raised in writing to support@rainbet-jit.net for formal review.
